Event Registration - Second Annual Boston GIPS Forum

Tuesday, March 06, 2018
12:00 PM - 4:45 PM Eastern Standard Time
Second Annual GIPS Forum

Please join us for CFA Society Boston’s second annual GIPS forum. This event provides an opportunity for all Boston area based investment professionals to network and discuss the GIPS standards and investment performance related topics of interest.

To date, more than 1,600 firms have notified CFA Institute that they claim compliance with the GIPS Standards. Hear about the most recent developments regarding the GIPS standards including GIPS 2020 and hear from firms about the implementation issues they have faced.

We are pleased to announce that this year’s forum will include a speaker from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission who will discuss SEC hot topics and investment performance compliance issues identified during OCIE examinations of investment advisers. Representatives from Manulife Asset Management will be on hand to discuss their experiences with the GIPS compliance process. There will also be a panel of Boston based speakers who will discuss best practices for a successful performance system conversion.
