Investment Focus Internship Program

GW&K’s 10-week Summer Internship Program is designed to provide undergraduate students with the opportunity to work with designated departments across the firm to learn more about the investment management industry. Our program is designed to strengthen Internsbusiness, technical, interpersonal and leadership skills.

This internship will have a primary focus in Investments supporting either the Fixed Income or the Equity team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with assigned projects and day-to-day deliverables for designated investment team(s)
• Attend investment and department meetings
• Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions 
• Engage in foundational training for investment strategies and principles

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree; previous industry experience preferred
• Rising Senior or Junior
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Pro-active, detail oriented, and deadline driven;
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-starter, ability to be productive and problem solve
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications, including Word and Excel
